Return Policy
Return Conditions
We accept returns of products within 30 days of the receipt of your order. All products, whether used or unused, are eligible for return. Please ensure the product is sent back with the original packaging.
Refund Amount
Your refund for returned items will include applicable discounts and taxes. In the event of partial returns, refunds will be based on the final discount applied to any remaining qualifying items. This may impact your final discount and total order amount.
Exchanges
For exchanges, please return the original item as described above and place a new order for the desired product. If the item you wish to exchange is unopened and unused, and you decide it's not suitable, you can request an exchange. All exchanges must be made using the original packaging, and the original products must be received and inspected before a new order is dispatched. If the exchanged item costs less, we will refund the difference; if it costs more, we will assist you in making a one-time additional payment. All exchanges are final and non-returnable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately at support@zestvitals.com. Provide details of the issue along with your order number, and we will resolve the issue promptly. Such orders are not subject to return shipping charges, provided the original packaging is retained.
Order Cancellations
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please email support@zestvitals.com with your reason for cancellation within 24 hours to make your request.
Initiating Returns

ZestVitals reserves the right to choose the return method and will provide instructions on how to proceed. Complete the returns process within one week of receiving instructions to avoid refusal.
Inspection and Return Processing
Upon receiving your returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return conditions. If the product is in its original condition and packaging, we will approve the return and process your refund application. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method, typically taking 3 to 5 business days to appear in your account.
